Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Billing
A block costs $50 USD per year, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Renewal
If automatic renewal is on, your subscription renews every year unless you cancel. We email you before each renewal.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your block stays live until the end of the paid period.

Failed payments and expiry
If a payment fails we retry and notify you. After the grace period your profile is removed from the wall and your block is released. We keep your profile details for a limited time so you can return and claim a new block.

Price changes
Price changes apply to new purchases. We will not silently change the price of an existing subscription.
